This in-person workshop was held at Code's Mill in Perth, bringing together health care providers from primary care and Perth-Smiths Falls Hospital, including the Vascular Protection Clinic. This session offered all attendees an opportunity to learn about each other's roles, and to build new (or revive pre-existing) connections across the Lanark Region.
