The Stroke Network of Southeastern Ontario is pleased to announce an upcoming event. Please join us at "Reconnecting over Stroke Prevention- a Primary Care Update" being held on June 25th, 2024 at St. Lawrence College in Kingston from 1200-1600h. Please note that lunch will be provided at the start of the event.
This learning and networking event has been designed to give primary care professionals in the Leeds and Grenville area the opportunity to learn about what's new in primary and secondary stroke prevention, how local and tertiary stroke care centers work together in our region, and what supports are available to patients in your community. You will also have an opportunity to discuss challenges and successes with your colleagues and stroke prevention specialists in your area. This event is open to anyone working in primary care including physicians, nurses, nurse practitioners, administrative leads and allied health professionals.
