Reconnecting over Stroke Prevention- A primary Care Update (HPE)

This in-person workshop was held at the Marriott Towne Place, bringing together health care providers from primary care and Quinte Health, including the Stroke Prevention Clinic. This session offered all attendees an opportunity to learn about each other's roles, and to build new (or revive pre-existing) connections across the Hastings and Prince Edward Region.
