This in-person workshop was held at the Candlewood Suites Kingston West, bringing together community rehabilitation providers from across our region including those working in community as well as outpatient settings. This session offered all attendees an opportunity to learn about each other's programs, and to build new (or revive pre-existing) connections across Southeastern Ontario. In addition to providing an update on regional and provincial work in community stroke rehab, we were also grateful to have been able to host 3 highlight speakers. Slide decks are linked below:
